DRAPED BUST QUARTERS

BUST QUARTERS

1818 25C VF08 RAW. A very nice medium gray example of a large size bust quarter, most of the detail is worn, the high areas of the portrait, stars, and reverse eagle are lighter in color than the deeper fields, a very nice original example of a coin that has honest wear.  $135

1831 25C AU58 NGC. B.6 R.4 A truly fresh original coin with great eye appeal! This coin still has underlying luster, light gold overlays and refreshingly clean surfaces. This coin is tied for the finest known of this variety. $2535 NGC Cert. #1515583-002

1835 25C VF25 PCGS. A truly fresh original coin with great eye appeal! Original dusty gray surfaces with very few circulation marks is enhanced by beautiful album toning. The obverse is toned in blue's, orange's, red's and gold's. The reverse is even more spectacular for a circulated coin. Reverse has peripheral tone in vibrant blue's, red's, and purples. Plenty of detail left with great eye appeal. $295 PCGS Cert. #5354.25/08727741

SEATED QUARTERS

1858 25C MS64 PCGS. Absolutely stunning!!! This rainbow toned coin is vibrant in blue/greens, purple/red's and gold on the obverse and a reverse that is just as stunning. A coin worth any advanced seated collectors portfolio. $1745  PCGS Cert. #5445.64/60186698

1879 25C MS66 NGC. Heavily frosted with a slight PL look, this coin is a monster for a quarter minted 130 years ago. There are a few scratches on the plastic holder! Only one mark on the left field of the obverse keeps this coin from an MS67 holder. The coin is PQ and fresh. $3795  NGC Cert. #1727179-001

1891 25C MS66* NGC. WOW!!! Know this coin has eye appeal plus. Natural oxidation has turned this normally silver coin to an array of vibrant rainbow's. PQ plus fields and devices, this coin would be an asset to any investment portfolio or advanced collection. $4330 NGC Cert. #2030991-002

BARBER QUARTERS

1906-D 25C MS64 PCGS. A wonderfully original rainbow toned barber quarter.  Obverse and reverse toning in red, blue and rich golden. Heavy underlying frost. PQ+  $895  PCGS Cert. #5643.64/08583947

1907 25C PR67 PCGS. "UNBELIEVABLE" I purchased this coin from a dealer who had it in his own collection for years. He purchased it from a dealer who had bought it from another dealer. In 29 years I have never seen a coin with the eye appeal, beauty, vibrant true rainbows, underlying definite cameo's on both the obverse and reverse with bulls eye toning, than this coin exudes. Deep penetrating mirrors add an additional life to this already monster coin. From left to right obverse the colors go from vibrant burnt orange to lime green to light blue to dark blue, that's up to the crown of leaves, at that point it turns to purple and by time you get to the front of the leaves a rose cameo white takes over throughout the portrait. In front of the portrait a beautiful blue/purple extends to the denticles. The reverse is just as spectacular if not even more so. Complete bulls-eye toning to a white shield. Burnt orange encompasses the periphery blending into Kelley greens to purple and to white frost. Unimaginable unless you see it in person, the pics do not do this coin justice. $15,950 PCGS Cert. #5693.67/05954413

1909-D 25C MS66+ PCGS. Better date quarter with heavy underlying luster and dusty original coloration. A simply beautiful eye appealing coin! $3975  PCGS Cert. #5654.66/21555150
