MORGAN DOLLARS

1878-S $1 VF35 NGC. VAM-56 Long Neck Arrow. Wholesome coin, totally original dusty gray surfaces. $450

1880/9-S $1 MS65PL PCGS.  A premium quality gem with lots of eye appeal. This coin has a black and white contrast with frosty higher devices and  a deeply mirrored obverse. The reverse is definitely PL and could almost go DMPL. The peripheries are lightly toned in golden amber. A wonderful coin with character. $845 PCGS Cert. #7123.65/11861489

1883-O $1 MS67* NGC. Truly a tough date to find with nice surfaces. The typical 1883-O is very softly struck and has numerous bag marks. However, this coin has a very solid strike for an O mint, a little light over the ear but stronger than most. The cheek is satiny smooth with heavy underlying luster over the most beautiful array of vibrant rainbow toning you could ask for. A truly stunning coin with a pop of 2 and none finer. What appears to be scratches in the front field is just toning breaks, no scratches exist. $4995 NGC Cert. #1890884-002
